As pointed out by FPMV, there appears to be a PWK(G)-specific gene expressed around 120Mb. This gene is only expressed in "half" of the GH_0087 sample, suggesting that the other "half" does not involve PWK(G). Thus, the mix is likely with either a FH, HF, FF, or HH sample.

What explains the maternal bias (G > H) of the mislabeled "half"?
